  • Usage data including pages visited, features accessed, session duration, and interaction logs.

4. Wellness and Health-Related Data

Wellness check-in data submitted through ShiftPulse™ is used exclusively to provide you with personalized burnout tracking, wellness insights, and career support features. This data is not shared with employers, staffing agencies, or third-party advertisers. Aggregated, de-identified wellness trends may be used for platform research and public benefit reporting.

If you are a VitaSync™ Mission Specialist, session notes, care logs, and client interaction records are maintained under applicable confidentiality standards. Client-identifiable health information is handled in accordance with applicable state and federal privacy laws.

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Professionals and Care Recipients: Limited profile information necessary to facilitate a match or service delivery.
  • Service Providers: Vendors who assist us in operating our platforms (cloud hosting, payment processing, communications, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
